We wish to announce that the HARTA-C54 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 February 2021 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of HARTA-C54 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of HARTA-C54 x (RM11.2104 - RM20.00) x (1/20) = Number of HARTA-C54 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM11.2104 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of HARTA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised HARTA-C54 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the HARTA-C54 shall terminate absolutely.
