The Board of Director of Xian Leng Holdings Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to change its name from Xian Leng Holdings Berhad to XL Holdings Berhad ("Proposed Change of Name"). 

The proposed name, XL Holdings Berhad, was reserved and approved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 29 January 2021 which was valid for a period of 30 days up to 28 February 2021 ("Validity Period"). Subsequently, the Validity Period was extended to 30 March 2021. 

The Proposed Change of Name is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting to be convened at a date to be announced later. A circular with details of the Proposed Change of Name will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
