The Board of Directors of MENANG wishes to announce that the Company has been served with the sealed Originating Summons WA-24NCC-95-03/2021 dated 3 March 2021 together with and unsealed Notice of Applicant (Ex-Parte Injunction) and an Affidavit in Support (Originating Summons and Injunction) affirmed by Dato' Shun Leong Kwong on 2 March 2021, by the two (2) suspended directors of the Company (Plaintiffs) through its solicitors, Messrs Michael Chow.
