Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements dated 14 December 2020, 15 December 2020, 24 December 2020, 28 December 2020, 4 January 2021, 12 January 2021, 14 January 2021, 21 January 2021, 16 February 2021, 5 March 2021 and 10 March 2021 in relation to the Offer (“Announcements”).

On 11 March 2021, the Company had received the attached press notice from TA Securities, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the Offeror has, on 11 March 2021, despatched the notice given in accordance with Section 223(2) of the CMSA to the Dissenting Shareholders, informing them that they may exercise their rights under Section 223 of the CMSA to require the Offeror to acquire their TAE Shares on the same terms as set out in the Offer Document or such other terms as may be agreed between the Offeror and the Dissenting Shareholders or as the court may, on application made to it by any Dissenting Shareholder or by the Offeror, thinks fit under Section 224(3) of the CMSA.

Any Dissenting Shareholder may give notice to the Offeror requiring the Offeror to acquire their TAE Shares no later than 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 8 June 2021, being a date which is at least 3 months from the close of the Offer.
