We refer to the announcements made by MAXIS dated 26 February 2021 and RHBIB dated 4 March 2021 pursuant to a special interim dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share (“Special Interim Dividend”).
In accordance with Condition 2 – Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio of the Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2019, no adjustments will be made to MAXIS-C17 pursuant to the Special Interim Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of MAXIS-C17.
