On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Bursa Securities after due deliberation and having considered all facts and circumstances of the matter including the Company's written representations, had on 11 March 2021 dismissed the Appeal as the Appeal did not constitute any reason to depart from its earlier decision to reject the Proposed Regularisation Scheme.
