Adjustments to the number and exercise price of outstanding warrants 2020/2025 of Techbond Group Berhad ("Techbond" or the "Company") ("Warrants") as specified in the deed poll dated 6 February 2020 constituting the Warrants ("Deed Poll"), as a consequence of the bonus issue of 294,102,373 new ordinary shares in Techbond ("Techbond Shares") ("Bonus Shares") on the basis of 5 Bonus Shares for every 4 existing Techbond Shares held at 5.00 p.m. on 26 March 2021 ("Bonus Issue") ("Adjustments")
Pursuant to the Adjustments, (i) 137,147,562 additional Warrants have been issued and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 29 March 2021 (after disregarding the fractional entitlements); and (ii) the exercise price of the Warrants will be adjusted from RM0.76 to RM0.33. In accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll, the Adjustments shall take effect on 29 March 2021, being the next market day following the books closure date of the Bonus Issue of 26 March 2021. The notice to the holders of Warrants (setting out the details of the Adjustments) will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 26 March 2021.
