MINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YTB LAND SDN BHD, Y.A.M TENGKU FAHAD MUA'ADZAM SHAH IBNI ALMARHUM SULTAN HAJI AHMAD SHAH AL-MUSTA'IN BILLAH AND AMAZING LOGIC SDN BHD ("MINING AGREEMENT")

We refer to your Company's announcement dated 24 March 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) with the following additional information for public release:-

1. Please specify YTBL’s entitlement to the sales proceed.

2. To provide the estimated total capital outlay required to undertake the Exploration and Exploitation Works.

3. To state the relevant approvals required from the authorities prior to commencement of Exploration and Exploitation Works.

4. Based on the Company’s existing business which is principally involved in property development activities, please disclose whether your Company has the relevant experiences, expertise and capabilities to undertake the Exploration and Exploitation Works.

5. To quantify the absolute amount that represents 6.2% of the Group Net Assets and to spell out in greater detail on how this absolute amount is arrived at.

Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof.
