We wish to announce that the TM-C71 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 Mar 2021 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of TM-C71 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of TM-C71 x (RM6.1672 - RM4.00) x (1/4) = Number of TM-C71 x RM0.5418 The Closing Price of RM6.1672 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of TM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to warrantholders by ordinary post. This announcement is dated 31 Mar 2021. |
