Cash Settlement Amount = Number of NESTLE-CF x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of NESTLE-CF x (RM136.1935 - RM140.00) x (1/100) = Number of NESTLE-CF x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM136.1935 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of NESTLE shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised NESTLE-CF will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the NESTLE-CF shall terminate absolutely.
