On behalf of the Board of Directors of SHH Resources Holdings Berhad ("SRHB" or the "Company"), AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of 49,997,500 new ordinary shares in SRHB (“Bonus Shares”) on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every one (1) existing ordinary share in SRHB held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Bonus Issue”).
