The Board of Directors of AppAsia wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back at the forthcoming Seventeeth Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM”) of the Company.

At the AGM of the Company held on 27 July 2020, the shareholders of AppAsia had granted a mandate for the Company to purchase up to 10% of its own ordinary shares. The authority shall expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming 17th AGM of the Company. 

A Statement to shareholders setting out the details of the above Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back will be made available via electronic means to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
