The Warrants may be exercised at any time during the tenure of 5 years commencing from and including the date of issue of the Warrants until 5.00 p.m. (Malaysia time) on the expiry date.  If such date is not a Market Day, then it shall be the next Market Day immediately after the said non Market Day ("Exercise Period"). Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe 1 new ordinary share in Omesti at any time during the Exercise Period at the Warrants Exercise Price, subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll.

The rights attached to the Warrants which are not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse.
