SKPRES-C4 - Notice of Book Closure

ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS EXPIRING ON 30 JUNE 2021 OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF SKP RESOURCES BHD ("SKPRES") ("SKPRES-C4") PURSUANT TO THE (i) BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 312,547,137 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN SKPRES ("BONUS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY FOUR (4) EXISTING SHARES HELD IN SKPRES, AND (ii) ISSUANCE OF UP TO 250,037,709 FREE WARRANTS IN SKPRES ("WARRANTS B") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) WARRANT B FOR EVERY FIVE (5) EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES HELD IN SKPRES AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 22 APRIL 2021

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 21 Apr 2021
2)  The last date of lodgment : 22 Apr 2021
 

Remarks : 

Please refer to Macquarie Capital Securities (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.'s announcement dated 2 February 2021 for further information on the adjustments. Any adjustments to be made pursuant to the Proposed Free Warrants shall be dependent on the price of the Shares immediately prior to the ex-date for the Proposed Free Warrants.

The above adjustments will take effect from 9.00 am on 21 April 2021, being the first day of dealings in the Shares on an ex-entitlement basis. We will make an announcement on the final adjustments to SKPRES-C4 on the last market day on which the Shares are traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
