The Board of Directors of Tong Herr Resources Berhad [Registration No. 199701016642 (432139-W)] (“THR”) wishes to announce that Tong Heer Aluminium Industries Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199001009104 (200675-U)] (“THA”), a 51% owned subsidiary of THR had completed the acquisition of Hwang Shin Industrial (M) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199001013122 (204692-K)] (“HSI”) on April 13, 2021 and consequently, HSI is now 100% owned by THA and THR has a deemed interest of 51% equity interest in HSI.
