Following the implementation of the Movement Control Order 2.0 by the Malaysian government to contain the spread of Covid-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, on 17 February 2021, granted a 1-month extension of time for listed corporations on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities to issue their annual audited financial statements which are due by 28 February 2021, 31 March 2021 or 30 April 2021 (“EOT Relief”). 

In view of the challenges faced by the Company and its subsidiaries during the current situation, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company will issue and release its audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 by 31 May 2021 pursuant to the EOT Relief granted by Bursa Securities.
