We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 60,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAHSING by way of market making. The MAHSING-C34 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The MAHSING-C34 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 21 October 2020. The MAHSING-C34 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 October 2020. The salient terms of the MAHSING-C34 are set out in the attachment.
