Further to the Company's announcement made on 15 April 2021, the Company wishes to provide the following additional information:-

1. Basic information of HRSB Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“HRSB”), the Consortium Leader

HRSB [Registration No: 200101028649 (564407-P)], the Consortium Leader was incorporated on 15 November 2001. Its principal place of business is located at Lot 2044, Mukim Sg Baru Ulu, Solok Duku Masjid Tanah, 78300 Melaka. HRSB is principally engaged in construction contractors, engineering contractors, maintenance and services, haulers, mechanical and electrical contractors, hardware supplies, telecommunications and networking contractors.

2. Scope of work and role of WZS Misi Setia Sdn. Bhd. (“WZS Misi Setia”) in the Consortium in the Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of Effluent Management At Source (EMAS) Project (“the Contract”)

The scope of work and role of WZS Misi Setia shall approximately be 40% of the EMAS Project value with involvements in various parts of the Procurement, Construction and Commissioning. The Project is dependent on the Engineering specifications to be undertaken by a third party and provided to the Consortium. HRSB, shall directly or vide a subsidiary undertake the remainder of the scope of works mentioned.

3. Consortium percentage held by WZS Misi Setia in the Contract

The consortium percentage is based on the scope of work and role of WZS Misi Setia in the EMAS Project, which shall be approximately 40% for WZS Misi Setia.
