Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 29 March 2021.

Reference is also made to the hearing of Notice of Motion dated 9 February 2021 (“Motion”) today, whereby counsel for the Liquidators and counsel for Raintree F&B Sdn Bhd attended.

The Liquidators wish to update the shareholders that the learned Judicial Commissioner had ordered as follows:

1. That extension of time be granted to the Liquidators to summon a meeting of members pursuant to Section 458(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016, within 3 months from today and that the Liquidators be given discretion to hold the said meeting virtually, where possible;
2. That the fees of the legal professionals together with tax and disbursements/reimbursements in connection with the Motion be paid out of the assets of the Company;
3. That the costs of the said meeting and remuneration/costs of the Liquidators be paid out of the assets of the Company; and
4. That the Liquidators and the parties be at liberty to apply.
