With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SERBADK, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

SERBADK-C25 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 3 August 2020 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The SERBADK-C25 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 13 August 2020, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 23 April 2021 and the Term Sheet for the SERBADK-C25 dated 27 April 2021.
