With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of YTL, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.    

YTL-C41 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 3 August 2020 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The YTL-C41 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 13 August 2020, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 23 April 2021 and the Term Sheet for the YTL-C41 dated 27 April 2021.

A summary of the principal terms of the YTL-C41 is set out in Table 1.
