Datuk Seri Chiau Beng Teik, JP ("Datuk Seri Chiau") is currently the Executive Chairman of Chin Hin Group Berhad ("Chin Hin"). He has over 45 years of working and management experience in building materials industry. 

Datuk Seri Chiau started working at his father's hardware shop in 1975. After many years of experience gained from working with his father, he took over the business of trading building materials and cement transportation under the name of Chop Chin Hin in 1994. In 1995, he started a cement distributor trading company namely Syarikat Perniagaan dan Pengangkutan Chin Hin Sdn Bhd which is now known as PP Chin Hin Sdn Bhd.

Over the years, he expanded Chin Hin Group's business into an integrated building materials solutions provider through manufacturing of building materials and downstream into property development, building modular home systems and solar engineering, procurement. 

Besides Chin Hin, he is the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Chin Hin Group Property Berhad and also holds directorships in a number of subsidiaries of Chin Hin and Chin Hin Group Property Berhad and other private limited companies.
