Cash Settlement Amount = Number of GENTINGC94 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of GENTINGC94 x (RM4.9425 - RM3.15) x (1/3) = Number of GENTINGC94 x RM0.5975 The Closing Price of RM4.9425 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of GENTING shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to warrantholders by ordinary post. This announcement is dated 30 Apr 2021. |
