The Board of Directors of Ygl is pleased to announce that, AI Solar Sdn. Bhd. ("AI Solar"), a 60% owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 29 April 2021 procured a contract from LYS Energy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“LYS Energy”) whereby AI Solar will provide Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning of Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant located at Help International School, 2, PT12291, Persiaran Cakerawala, Seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”).
