Further to our announcement dated 17 February 2020 (“First Announcement”), 17 March 2020, 1 April 2020, 4 May 2020, 1 June 2020, 1 July 2020, 3 August 2020, 1 September 2020, 1 October 2020, 1 November 2020, 1 December 2020, 4 January 2021, 2 February 2021, 1 March 2021 and 1 April 2021 pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to announce that there is no major development since the last announcement. The Board will continue in its efforts to source for suitable investment opportunities after the movement control order and the Company will make an immediate announcement should there be any firm development. 

The Company has approximately nine (9) months to submit its regularization plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
