We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 115,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAHSING by way of market making.

The MAHSING-C36 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The MAHSING-C36 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020. The MAHSING-C36 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2020. The obligations of MCSM under MAHSING-C36 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020.
