Contents : We wish to announce that SKPRES-CX expired at 5.00 p.m. on 7 May 2021 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of SKPRES-CX x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SKPRES-CX x (RM1.6500 - RM1.2800) x (1/4.0000)
= Number of SKPRES-CX x RM0.0925
The Closing Price of RM1.6500 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the SKPRES Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
