EKA Noodles Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors proposes to seek the shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate is for the Group to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue and/or trading nature which are necessary for its day-to-day operations, provided that such transactions are made at arm's length and on normal commercial terms and are on terms not more favourable to the related party than those generally available to the public and are not to the detriment of the minority shareholders.

A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
