Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 7 December 2020 and subsequent announcements, the circular to shareholders dated 25 January 2021 in relation to the SCR and the notice to shareholders in relation to the suspension of trading of the ordinary shares in MTD ACPI and the entitlement date for the SCR dated 19 April 2021 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 10 May 2021, informed that the entire issued share capital of MTD ACPI will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 17 May 2021 pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
