Mr. Chan Pak Keong (Mr. Chan) graduated with a Bachelors degree in Finance in 1988 and subsequently, completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1990 from Indiana State University, United States of America.

He started his career with Maybank Singapore Limited as a Credit Control Officer in 1991 where he was responsible in assisting to create procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention, assisting in evaluation of new and existing customers ability to repay, and performing periodic reporting or monitoring on customers aging, collectability status amongst others.

In 1993, Mr. Chan joined L.T.S. Rel Sdn Bhd, a family business in the transportation industry with 10 trucks and 15 staff which was established by his father as an Executive Director.  

He later co-founded and established L.T.S Haulage Sdn Bhd (L.T.S Haulage) in 1995 with humble beginnings and as the Executive Director of the company, he is responsible in managing the company assets, optimising financial operations, providing leadership to all staff, establishing business goals, overseeing and streamlining daily operations.

Today, L.T.S Haulage has become a reputable transportation and haulage company with 126 trucks and 140 staff providing point-to-point delivery and haulage solutions across the nation with a focus in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. With more than 28 years of experience in the transportation and haulage industry, Mr. Chan has played instrumental roles over the years in expanding the companys business with his extensive knowledge and network in the transportation and logistics industry.
