Free warrants issued pursuant to the bonus issue of 267,500,005 free warrants in Econpile Holdings Berhad ("Econpile" or the "Company") ("Warrants") on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every four (4) split ordinary shares held by the entitled shareholders of Econpile as at 5.00 p.m. on 28 December 2017 ("Entitlement Date")
Each Warrant entitles the registered Warrant holder to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share in Econpile at the exercise price of RM1.25 for each Warrant. The exercise price of RM1.25 per Warrant, at any time during the tenure of the Warrants, is further subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll in the event of any alteration to the share capital of the Company. The Warrants can be exercised at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period") and upon the terms of and subject to the conditions and provisions of the deed poll dated 26 December 2017 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. This announcement is dated 5 January 2018.
