We wish to announce that the MRDIY-CG expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 May 2021 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of MRDIY-CG x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of MRDIY-CG x (RM3.9119 - RM1.30) x (1/1.50) = Number of MRDIY-CG x RM1.7412 The Closing Price of RM3.9119 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MRDIY shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to warrantholders by ordinary post. This announcement is dated 31 May 2021. |
