The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) refers to the Company's announcement dated 28 May 2021 stating that Datuk Haji Abdul Kadier Sahib ("DHAKS"), had via his Special Notice dated 28 May 2021 ("Special Notice") requested for the Company to convene an extraordinary general meeting pursuant to Section 311 of the Companies Act 2016 to proposed for the Removal of Auditors and Appointment of New Auditors.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 June 2021 received a notice dated 2 June 2021 from DHAKS requesting for the above Special Notice to be withdrawn ("Withdrawal Notice").

The Board has accepted the Withdrawal Notice and in view of the above development, the above matter is now considered closed.
