In view of the entire nation is placed under a full MCO to break the chain of COVID-19 transmission, the Board of Directors of Prolexus wishes to inform warrant holders that the Company has, on 04 June 2021 executed a supplemental deed poll for Warrants 2016/2021 (“Warrants”) whereby the warrant holders who wish to exercise the Warrants could now exercise the Warrants by completing the Exercise Form and deliver the same to the Share Registrar’s business office OR via email to [email protected] together with a remittance of the Exercise Money AND Processing Fee in Ringgit Malaysia in ANY of the following manner:

(i)     by way of banker’s draft or cashier’s order or money order or postal order drawn on a bank or post office in Malaysia for the credit of and account maintained by the Company to be known as the “Prolexus Warrant Conversion Account” for the amount equal to the Exercise Money for the total number of new Prolexus shares in respect of which the Warrants pursuant to the Exercise Rights are being exercised and the documents referred to in the Exercise Form; OR

(ii)    by internet bank transfer in favour of “Prolexus Warrant Conversion Account” bearing Bank Account No. 21219800039871 maintained with RHB Bank Berhad where the proof of successful internet bank transfer is attached with the Exercise Form and emailed to [email protected]

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

Last date and time (Expiry Date) for the exercise of the Warrants would be on MONDAY, 14 JUNE 2021 AT 5:00 PM.
