The GENTINGC1E is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The GENTINGC1E is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020. The GENTINGC1E is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2020. The obligations of MCSM under GENTINGC1E are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020.
