Further to the Company's announcement made on 9 March 2021 pertaining to the MOU made between PLB Terang Sdn Bhd, a 65% owned subsidiary of the Company and Welle Environmental & Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd (“WELLE”) to declare their respective intentions to set up a Municipal Solid Waste To Energy Plant (“WTE Plant”) in the State of Penang, Malaysia. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU as announced previously.
