Further to the announcement made by the Company on 14 June 2021 in relation to the Settlement Agreement entered into with Media Prima Digital Sdn Bhd, Rev Media Group Sdn Bhd and iMedia Asia Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Rev Asia Berhad ("Rev Asia" or "Company") ("Board"), TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to change its name from Rev Asia Berhad to Catcha Digital Berhad ("Proposed Change of Name"). 

The Company has obtained the approval of using the proposed name, Catcha Digital Berhad from the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") on 11 June 2021 and the reservation for the use of the proposed new name is valid up to 27 August 2021. 

The Proposed Change of Name is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company to be obtained at the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting to be convened. The Proposed Change of Name, if approved by the shareholders, will take effect from the date of issuance of the Notice of Change of Name by the CCM to the Company.

Details of the Proposed Change of Name will be set out in a Circular to Shareholders to be issued in due course.
