The Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) has granted an extension of time for a period of 90 days for affected companies with financial year ended 1 November 2020 to 31 January 2021 vide the Practice Directive No. 8/2021 to hold an annual general meeting ("AGM") in accordance with Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016 (“Act”) and to lodge the financial statements and reports in accordance with Section 259(2) of the Act. The Board of Directors of TT VISION HOLDINGS BERHAD wishes to announce that it has submitted an extension of time application to the CCM on 1 June 2021 to hold the Company’s Third AGM at a date no later than 28 September 2021.
