We refer to the announcement on 28 December 2020. M&A Securities, on behalf of the Board of Chin Hin, wishes to announce that the SC had on 16 June 2021 approved the extension of time up to 23 September 2021 for Chin Hin to complete the Proposed Acquisition, to which the exemption from the mandatory offer obligation under Paragraph 4.13(1)(c) of the Rules was granted on 23 December 2020.
