We are pleased to announce that the SP500-HR have expired at 9.00 a.m. on 21 June 2021 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount shall be an amount in the Settlement Currency (if greater than zero), calculated as follows:

The Settlement Level has been determined at 4,187.2500, being the Special Opening Quotation ("SOQ") for SP500 as published on the Bloomberg page "SPXSET " on 18 June 2021.

As the Settlement Level is greater than the Exercise Level, the Cash Settlement Amount is negative. Warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment of the Cash Settlement Amount.
