We refer to the announcement made by TOPGLOV dated 9 June 2021 and our announcement dated 10 June 2021 in relation to the special single tier third interim dividend of 5.30 sen per share (“Special Dividend”).
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 13 May 2020, the terms and conditions of TOPGLOV-C1J shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
