ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH-SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF SUPERMAX CORPORATION BERHAD ("SUPERMX") ("SUPERMX-C59") PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 680,154,880 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN SUPERMAX CORPORATION BERHAD ("SUPERMX") ("SUPERMX SHARE(S)") ("BONUS SHARES(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING SUPERMX SHARE
 

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 03 Jan 2019
2)  The last date of lodgment : 07 Jan 2019

Remarks: We would like to highlight that the ex-date and the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue will be 3 January 2019 and 7 January 2019 respectively as announced by SUPERMX on 19 December 2018. We would like to highlight to the holders of SUPERMX-C59 that the Exercise Price and the Exercise Ratio of SUPERMX-C59 shall be adjusted in accordance with Condition 6 of our Deed Poll as per our earlier announcement dated 12 November 2018. The adjusted Exercise Price and Exercise Ratio shall take effect at 9.00 am on 3 January 2019, being the ex-date for the Bonus Issue.
