Cash Settlement Amount = Number of KOSSAN-C21 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of KOSSAN-C21 x (RM3.2994 - RM8.3191) x (1/7.8298) = Number of KOSSAN-C21 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM3.2994 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of KOSSAN shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised KOSSAN-C21 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the KOSSAN-C21 shall terminate absolutely.
