1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 02 Aug 2021 (Instead of 1 July 2021)
2)  The last date of lodgment : 03 Aug 2021  (Instead of 2 July 2021)
3)  Date Payable : 18 Aug 2021  ( Instead of 16 July 2021)

Remarks:

(1) In view of the postponement of the Company's Fourth Annual General Meeting resulting from the Full Movement Control Order implemented by the Malaysian Government, the dividend entitlement date and payment date will be amended from 2 July 2021 and 16 July 2021 to 3 August 2021 and 18 August 2021 respectively.

(2) Save and except for the amendment in entitlement date and payment date of this final dividend, all other information in the earlier announcement remains unchanged.
