OFFERING OF UP TO 28,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF TOP GLOVE CORPORATION BHD ("TOPGLOV") ("TOPGLOV-C44")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 28,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TOPGLOV by way of market making.


The TOPGLOV-C44 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The TOPGLOV-C44 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018. The TOPGLOV-C44 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2018. The obligations of MCSM under TOPGLOV-C44 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018.
