We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of BURSA by way of market making. The BURSA-C21 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The BURSA-C21 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 18 October 2018. The BURSA-C21 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 October 2018. The salient terms of the BURSA-C21 are set out in the attachment.
