ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXERCISE PRICE AND NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2014/2024 IN APPASIA BERHAD ("APPASIA" OR THE "COMPANY") CONSTITUTED BY THE DEED POLL DATED 19 NOVEMBER 2014 ("DEED POLL A") ("WARRANT(S) A") PURSUANT TO THE SHARE SPLIT INVOLVING THE SUBDIVISION OF EVERY 1 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARE IN APPASIA ("APPASIA SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 2 JULY 2021 ("SHARE SPLIT ENTITLEMENT DATE") INTO 3 APPASIA SHARES ("SHARE SPLIT")
Pursuant to the adjustments to the exercise price and number of outstanding Warrants A arising from the Share Split ("Adjustments"):- (i) the existing number of 112,310,000 Warrants A as at the Share Split Entitlement Date will be adjusted into 336,930,000 Warrants A, which will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 5 July 2021, being the market day immediately following the Share Split Entitlement Date; and (ii) the exercise price of Warrants A will be revised from RM0.13 each to RM0.04 each. In accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll A, the Adjustments shall take effect from 5 July 2021, being the market day immediately following the Share Split Entitlement Date. The notice to the holders of Warrants A (setting out the details of the Adjustments) will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 2 July 2021.
