We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of DIGI.

The DIGI-C27 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 April 2018 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The DIGI-C27 is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 April 2018 and the Term Sheet dated 22 November 2018.

The DIGI-C27 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 23 April 2018.

A summary of principal terms of the DIGI-C27 is set out in Table 1.
