The Board of Directors of Power Root Berhad (the "Company") wishes to inform that the Company is proposing to undertake the following:-

1. Proposed Renewal of the Authority to Buy-Back Its Own Shares by the Company; and

2. Proposed New and Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.

The abovementioned proposals will be tabled for the Shareholders' consideration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Statement/Circular to Shareholders containing information on the proposals will be issued in due course.
