We refer to the notice of additional tax assessments (“Notices”) issued by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“IRB”) to the Company and its subsidiary announced on 27 May 2021.

Pursuant to the Court of Appeal hearing on 19 July 2021, the Court of Appeal unanimously reversed the High Court decision, granting leave to proceed with the judicial review hearing and also issued a stay order in favour of the Company against the abovementioned IRB’s Notices until the substantive judicial review hearing is concluded in the High Court.
